Element Lenox Berkshires

I came in for a quick business and I wanted to try this new Marriott Property. Bonus they have free breakfast. My room had a comfortable King size bed, filter water from the sink by the bed, simple plates and utensils, a decent size mini fridge, coffee maker, and a microwave. The water pressure in the hotel was amazing and the towels were soft. The scent from the complimentary soaps and lotions were pleasant smelling. I did not go into the Gym (aka motion room) but my coworker told me it was very nice. Hopefully next time I will have more time to enjoy the amenities.

Great new hotel with modern vibe. Outstanding front desk crew. Spacious rooms with kitchenette. Bar, pool area and breakfast are nice as well. We use for ski weekends as it is close to several mountain during race season.

What a find. Virtually brand new hotel and so well equipped. |We were slightly unsure when we booked this hotel as it was the cheapest on our 14 day trip. We needn't have worried. It was extremely clean (no doubt helped by the fact it has only been open a few months), staff were helpful and the facilities were amazing. Fantastic pool, good sized, well equipped gym and a launderette. We made use of all 3. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Easy 3 minute drive to Lenox centre.

Great location. New construction. But... King studio (rm 334) had a queen bed. Wasn't expecting this and not what we paid for. Asked receptionist and she insisted that was a king bed. Also pool area ran out of towels and were never restocked. Had to bring bath towels from hotel room. Breakfast left much to be desired... Anyway, otherwise, very clean, new, and decent enough service.

This hotel is beautifully designed, we loved how clean and sleek everything felt! The gym and pool area were beautiful. The included continental breakfast had a good variety (pastries, yogurt station, toaster for breads, and a few self serve hot trays- fresh scrambled eggs & sausage) We checked in on a Thursday and were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary hot tea and banana bread offered in the evening. My favorite part was the all day fancy espresso/coffee machine, such a nice touch!! The only hiccup we experienced was when using the microwave in our room something must’ve short circuited and blew the fuse on the microwave as well as mini fridge which ended up leaking on the floor the next morning- wasn’t a big deal as it was our last night before check out and we had no perishabl
