Hampton Inn & Suites Berkshires-Lenox

This Hampton Inn has several nice touches - free cookies and bottled water at check-in, hot beverages (coffee, tea and hot chocolate) always available in the lobby, large in-room refrigerator with a freezer. The indoor pool is small, but warm and very clean. The free breakfast has a nice selection of hot and cold items. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Overall, a great value for a reasonable price.

Great experience overall. Housekeeping was detailed with beautiful and thoughtful touches throughout the room. Front desk agent was friendly and acknowledged status at check in. Breakfast was great - appreciate the hard boiled eggs being peeled!

We were on a long driving trip around New England and we spent a few days at this Hampton Inn in Lenox. The hotel is actually located a few miles just north of Lenox but it is a very easy drive into town. We got a nice room on the second floor overlooking the front. Very clean. Check-in at reception was very pleasant and quick. Morning breakfast is wonderful. Plenty of seating and the staff kept the breakfast food well stocked and very clean. Overall a very pleasant experience. Location was excellent to explore all around the area.

We stayed here for a few days last month. This was the cleanest smelling room and cleanest room very impressive. I gave them a 4, because we didn’t have a microwave in our room and had to use a communal one. The breakfast was decent as well. I wish they also had more grassy areas for our dog to potty. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
