Courtyard by Marriott Lenox Berkshires

Stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Lenox Berkshires for a weekend getaway in early 2026—clean, modern room with comfy bed, good AC, and the usual Marriott touches (coffee maker, mini-fridge, solid Wi-Fi). Breakfast was decent (standard buffet with hot items), and the indoor pool/hot tub was a nice bonus after hiking. Staff was friendly and helpful with local tips (Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum nearby). Location is convenient off Route 7—easy access to Lenox, Stockbridge, and Berkshires attractions, though a bit removed from downtown Lenox walkability. Only not 5 stars because the hotel feels a tad dated in spots (carpet, some fixtures), and the area around is more highway than scenic. Solid, reliable Marriott option for Berkshires trips—would stay again for the value and comfort. Recomme

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, well thought out and I loved having a couch with a tv table and a large footrest. The microwave and mini refrigerator were cleverly hidden behind a door so no humming sounds from the fridge. Though I didn’t use it, coffee is provided via a Kuerig maker. The room was spotless and had one of the largest tv screens I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. A few issues with the heat blowing cold air other than that everything else was great.|I asked for the top floor away from the elevator which did put my room over the fire pit but no one used it so no noise from that. Be aware that construction is going on and can be heard in the morning so ask for the opposite end of the hall or a room facing the road. I didn’t use the pool or work out room nor did

This is an excellent hotel!! In a beautiful location, with breathtaking scenery on all sides. The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed, and the décor is airy and bright. The common areas as well as the rooms themselves, are immaculate, comfortable and welcoming, and our room smelled like it had just been cleaned! There is a beautiful indoor pool and whirlpool that can be used in summer and winter surrounded by lush landscaping with an outdoor terrace. Our children loved the pool as evening entertainment. And best of all is the staff! Always pleasant and eager to help! Upon arriving, we were greeted with a welcoming smile by Jinju, who was super patient and spent time making sure that our rooms were in the perfect location for our family. Was not informed of cleaning every other day or would have been more prepared. Lower end Marriott hotel. Rooms are just average but clean. The lobby area looks attractive and it’s nice to have food and beverages available. Would think it would be nicer for the area it is in and from the photos in front.

Due-to miscommunication with Marriott when reservations were made we arrived at 8:00 AM for check in knowing we were early. We were told by the person at the front desk we could not check in. Tried to explain that when reservation was made agent stated it would be no problem as the hotel had few booking that time of the month. Front desk person seemed to be annoyed and reluctantly looked up the reservation and happily said there was no reservation. Fortunately we had the |e-mailed confirmation. She made it seem as if she was doing us a favor by checking us in. |As far as the hotel the rest of the staff was wonderful. Advised us where to eat and shop if needed. |Basic room was small but clean. Two complaints. Two drawers for two people occupying a room for anything longer than a one or two
