Wyndham New Orleans Airport & Conference Center

Lobby is beautiful, but once u get to the rooms it's a big NO. Mold on the wall in the bathroom and around the bathtub as well. There was a hair in the bed...when I was checking in someone came down (who just checked in) wanting to be moved bc their bathroom sink was full of mold. Beds are comfy tho lol and location is very close to the airport.

The place seemed clean enough and very close to the airport with free airport shuttle. Had a dinner place 100 feet from there which was nice. Took the 202 bus from downtown to get there and cost me $1.25 a person to get there. The people where nice and looks nice however, they are starting to not keep it up as cracks on tiles and wood scratched etc. Still would not effect me from going again but they have to keep up and will continue to be a nice clean hotel

Positive: Location & tv in room Negative: Ice machine, elevator, pool all out of order. No continental breakfast but has a restaurant advertised. A dead roach in restroom

Google shows this hotel as 4 stars...it's more a 2 star hotel. The front lobby looks nice, but that's about it. When we arrived the were problems with the computer so they couldn't checke us in. Once we got to the room, the lock would not work, so we had to come back with all our luggage to the front desk get a new room. Once we got in the new room, it turned out that there was a some type of problem in the room next door and the fire alarm was beeping constantly. Although, once reported it was fixed within 30 min. The rooms are apparently remodeled but still look dated. Hotel is generally dirty, same mess on the hallways for the duration of the stay.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! This Hotel was horrible. Unclean rooms. No towels, no clean linens, no heat, no tv. The system for their room keys were down so they had to use a metal device to stick under the door to manually let us into the room. So there was no leaving & going into the room without either leaving it open or having them open it every time by sticking the device under the door. We booked for 2 days but we left immediately. However, they did not check us out, they charged us $619. They have not provided a refund & have not answered the phone for us or customer service.
