They charged me twice for the same room. There was urine on the toilet once I finally got to my room. Housekeeping came to clean it promptly but I should not have had to "hold it" until while I waited to get a clean bathroom. However, the breakfast was great. They had a nice selection for guests to enjoy for free.

A guy name Gary knocked on our door at 10:45 am and I yelled we are in here then he came back at 11:45 am and knocked again I once again yelled we are in here. He knocked harder and I opened the door only for him to ask me if I was checking out today. That was so annoying. He didn’t have anything on that identified himself as an employee, I feel he could have looked at the computer to see that I was checking out at noon. It was very uncomfortable and unsettling. I am woman traveling with my daughters and it made me feel unsafe. The floor boards were dirty, the room smelled like mildew. However the people at the front desk were nice. Our driver to the airport was very friendly and professional. The food was tasty. The hotel needs a professional cleaning.

I made the mistake of staying here, we should have kept on going down the road. Beds was dirty, room smelled like strong cleaner plus moldy, floor was sticky, and worse of all I now have bites on my body. Really hoping they aren't bed bugs. My son and husband escaped but I did not. There are hotels down the street, so my suggestion is to keep on going till you find a better one. On a positive note staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

I will start by saying the staff was lovely and helpful. They are the bright spot in this establishment. Now the tiny pillows, weed smelling hallways, tenants who live there and the odor of mildew when you go in the shower is too much. The microwave and refrigerator did not work. The key card only was good got one entry. We had to constantly get the key card programmed. The fitness center is a small dingy odor filled closet with three machines that do not work. I refused to go down for breakfast so I can not review that. I will not be going there again.

The hotel is rundown and dirty. The area felt unsafe. We noticed bugs in the room and everything in the room was damp. We were afraid to even touch the sheets. They didn’t look washed. I was super sick so we checked out after only a few hours and got a different room elsewhere. This looks like a place that people go after getting out of jail. I do not recommend. We stayed in a much, much nicer hotel for almost the same price.
