Ramada by Wyndham Kenner/New Orleans Airport South

The hotel was just renovated. The place was clean and brand new. However, the water took time to warm up but it was hot after that. It was super helpful to have a airport shuttle running 24/7 and the service run every hour. We were satisfied with the service.

The gentleman at the front desk, Shahed, is wonderful. Very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The entire hotel is renovated, there is a nice pool for the cool off periods needed in the summer and it is adjacent to the airport. The shuttle brings you directly to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants to order in or simple take the shuttle to the bus areas that bring you into the city to catch the streetcars or even take a taxi or uber. Just wonderful people and place to enjoy a break or visit the city. It is also cashless so the only cash one needs is for tips ☺️

Service was excellent from the shuttle to the front desk! Location is general. Close to airport. Didn't seem unsafe. Our room was clean and adequate. The water takes a bit before it warms up and pressure isn't very good. Rooms are outside entry. Walkways are older, but clean. Elevator access or stairway. Breakfast was general continental. Reasonable choices. Coffee was descent. We are here for a cruise and they are now offering a reasonably paid shuttle to to cruise lines. This was an added benefit we did not count on. We would most definitely be willing to stay here again.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service we received at the Ramada by Wyndham Airport South- Kenner! Our stay was delightful! The facility was clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options, as did the coffee from local vendors. My wife is not a coffee drinker but she had the praline pecan and loved it! The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodated our need for extra pillows due to my full back fusion and my wife’s neck problems. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept great, no pain issues in the morning. The most impressive and impactful part of our stay was the customer service of the owner/manager. He went above and beyond to help us load my motorized scooter into the transportation that sent a

We got lucky here. The outside? Looks terrible. Some investment in that area would be good. Other than that, awesome! Clean rooms, affordable price, TV works ( I know this isn't a high bar but . . . ) vinyl floors (I can't stand carpets in hotel rooms. Ewwww.) Breakfast was so so but free and included. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. Location was right across from rental car drop off so a big plus there as we booked the room for the night before departure.
