Extended Stay America Select Suites- New Orleans - Airport

Rooms simple and clean. There were alot of dogs present during our stay. Barking at random times. Hallway clean but smelled like pets. Felt safe. We watched the fireworks for the new year from our room facing the highway 🛣

Literally the WORST hotel I've EVER booked||||Firstly, there is a link to the video of my flooded room. I've dubbed in the conversation with the rudest manager I've ever talked to, Cleo, as I was checking out. This is her backpedaling on what she'd told me and refusing to accept any accountability for what happened during my stay. She tells me here to call the company and their insurance will compensate me for any damage and my missed parade tickets. I called them 4 times on the drive home and twice once home and never NEVER did anything. The room came with no amenities. No coffee, nothing in the kitchen like plates or silverware glasses shampoo or extra towels. No blanket. We were freezing. The needles in the parking lot were off putting. There was no one at the counter to check out…. We left at 6:30am. Waiting at the airport was more comfortable.

I’m not sure how this hotel get to 3 stars… this place is disgusting… Woke up to a roach crawling on my clothes and on the cabinet… room doesn’t look clean… towels doesn’t look properly washed and toilet doesn’t work properly… no trash can in the room at all… I’ll NEVER COME BACK Had to pack my clothes and sit my suitcase in the middle of the floor just so no roaches will get in my things
