Best Western Plus New Orleans Airport Hotel

Visiting area for some medical check-ups at the va downtown New Orleans. (Pretty much a direct route 16 miles away, no interstate required). Found location to be welcoming. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Included breakfast also offers espresso!! Twas a bit too chilly to try the pool. However, I smiled internally seeing a “pool lift”. All in all, I am happy and extremely grateful for my brief stay at this location. Thank you so much.

We stayed here (no other hotels available) and were rudely scolded by the manager (Lake, the older man with long hair) when we asked for housekeeping. He also insulted my children when they ask him to please speak kindly. The room included a bathroom with feces spattered on the wall and the side of the toilet, and a broken lamp. 30 mins drive to New Orleans.

Breakfast was awful . Id recommend the other one down the street. They have dove.bodywash lotion and shampoo .not that cheap soap they had here.. The rooms was clean and the bathroom was clean as well no mold or mildew anywhere. Stay here the rooms are clean. Ring your own hygiene products

Awful place to stay. The room smelled of over scented perfume as if to mask an odour. The sheets were questionable. They almost looked like they hadn’t been washed. The room was unclean. A half opened bottle of water sat next to the microwave and the room just felt and looked dirty. We couldn’t wait to get out of there the next morning. Breakfast was even worse but I guess that’s what you get for a complimentary. The breakfast patties were cold and stale. I would never recommend anyone stay there considering there are so many better options near the airport.
