My boyfriend and I stayed in the “wheelchair accessible” room at this hotel. He is paralyzed from the chest down and uses a power wheelchair. First, I want to say that the front desk staff was kind and helpful. The receptionist mentioned that they try to keep that room available for guests who truly need it, which we appreciated. The room was also extremely clean—it literally smelled like bleach, which we personally see as a positive. Housekeeping is clearly doing a great job. However, the hotel is not truly wheelchair-friendly in practice. The accessible room was very small, and his power wheelchair barely fit. The place is very accessible for my doctors appointment at Mayo Clinic. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, the room is very nice and clean. I really appreciate the Manager Ms. Marcia (I’m not really sure about her name), anyway she was very nice and considerate to my situation because she let us check in 2 hours early due to my surgery condition and my husband had to attend the virtual meeting online. Her attitude is very professional and friendly. My husband and I always check in to this hotel and never disappoint us.

I had a great night sleep before heading for a cruise. A lot of their stays on the day before cruises are us people who are getting on the big ship. Very accommodating I use room service to get a blanket as it is winter and cool. And they were so nice. The young woman at the front desk was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Positive: Staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. The nighttime security office on duty was reassuring. The beds were very comfortable! excellent hotel for an affordable price. Negative: I prefer hotels that offer coffee in the lobby later in the day, we tend to check in very late and wake up after breakfast has finished. In room coffee is not the same.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! The first night I heard people moaning all night long, the rooms doesn’t have any acoustic protection and you can literally hear everything ppl are talking or doing on the rooms around you. The last night after very unhappy about not getting a decent sleep time (what I pay exclusively to do, barely and at least), people on the room next to mine were doing DRUGS and being very LOUD and CLEAR about it. I was in a solo trip and this was freaking me out! I complained to the front desk lady staying at night shift who was absolutely RUDE about my question if I could change rooms. She said they were sold out and I had to handle it she couldn’t do nothing about it. Little detail: she said she had only 2 rooms available and she wouldn’t swap me. I hope she get to read this and
