Best hotel that i ever stayed at! The staff go above and beyond for all there guest! They make you feel right home! The entire hotel is very clean and smells great! The breakfast is amazing! Great location in a very safe area. Just all around great hotel.

First of all I’m always in Jacksonville and I’ve stayed at pretty much every hotel in baymeadows. But holiday in express/ suite on Brightman is the best overall. Mac the manager is always so helpful and makes my stay an experience. The rooms are beyond clean and has an inviting smell like resorts. This hotel is definitely a 5 star with reasonable prices.

One of my favorite stays all year. Front desk was awesome all around! They were very responsive, respectful and helpful. The location is close to a bunch of places to eat, shop and explore. A huge assist to this property is Ashleigh! Wow was she great. She goes above and beyond for her guest, from putting out fires for the entire hotel and making sure I was taken careful throughout my entire stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the staying Jacksonville area !

I booked rooms at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Town Center for the Wedding Reception guests. We had a great friendly reception when we arrived, helping me coordinate all of my guest rooms and Front desk handing off Welcome bags to my guests.||The rooms were very cozy with right temperature and comfortable beds. Absolutely fantastic experience and atmosphere from the moment you walked in, to guest services to the immaculate cleanliness. It added value to my guests.||The hotel is in a great location to many attractions like iFLY Indoor Skydiving, Top Golf and a ton of restaurants and shopping in the Town Center area.||Holiday Inn Express & Suites was the best place for us and our guests to stay for the wedding reception. I highly recommend this hotel.
