What a great experience staying in something other than a hotel room. We had ample space to stretch out in the Sanctuary- the one bedroom in which we stayed. The history of this converted funeral home into an aparthotel was so interesting. It was very clean. & the bed was huge & oh so comfy & cozy!! I'd go back to stay again positively & explore more of Jacksonville. This stay has inspired us to explore more cities & "unusual" stays. The hosts were very responsive & helpful & so nice!! Making our stay Extremely pleasant!

I stayed here during a business trip and absolutely loved everything about it! The staff were amazing and stayed in communication with me to make sure that I had everything I needed. The room that I stayed in was immaculate and I loved the decor and attention to detail. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely be looking to book here again. An amazing stay from start to finish. The place was lovely and the location made it so easy to explore and enjoy the area. The team deserves a special mention because they were incredible. Always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. This is easily one of the best stays I have had and I cannot recommend it enough.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was great and the vibe was unreal. We checked in easily and decided to chill out for a minute and all of a sudden, we heard music, and low and behold, they brought in a guy to play a little jazzy saxophone in the lobby area. Unexpectedly cool. Then the little things like the great communication, a Nespresso machine, real plates and silverware, and the fact that they brought pastries from a local bakery that were excellent. 100% recommend and will be staying here next time I'm in Jacksonville.

we stayed at The Nepthys room & it was wonderful! beautiful, well kept history in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. great accommodations & helpful staff!
