Staybridge Suites Jacksonville

Oddly the other reviews were glowing, not my experience at all. Hallways and room was dingy, room smelled of smoke and had food particles on the counter, towels were stained. Checkin was slow and full of issues. Lobby was nice though, breakfast was average. I'd not stay again but it was a place to sleep

The staff was amazing on arrival and even before on the phone! Very welcoming. The room is very clean plenty of space to feel comfortable.

I love this place. It is always very clean and this facility is extremely pet friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do their best to accommodate families with small children. I enjoy having a kitchen to use while I'm away from home. It makes me feel less stressed and saves money. The rooms are a little pricey but well worth it. Especially during the week when they offer breakfast and a light dinner.

Highly recommend this to everyone looking for a home away from home atmosphere during extended travel. Extremely clean and well maintained. Prior to staying here I had stayed at several other hotel chains, ranging from good to only enter or leave during daylight hours (really bad). This was an excellent property; would definitely stay here again. The staff, the breakfast (great coffee) and Tuesday - Thursday social hours...just can't say enough good about this hotel.

Made an excellent choice to stay here. Even with construction going on, this hotel was quiet, clean & the staff was very helpful & friendly. Even let me have a 2-hour late checkout for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.
