First 3 nights of my stay every morning the water was lukewarm. Last morning of my stay had no hot water at all, had to shower and Shay in cold water, not a happy camper. Next visit to jacksonville area will be at another location

There is nothing to write home about, the staff if friendly and helpful. The room conditions are not the best. My tub had stains in it. There were stains on the carpet and weird stains in the blinds. What stood out the most was how dirty the phone was.

The rooms are very old and have mold, mismatched floors and need to be completely remodeled. THIS IS NOT LOKE OTHER HAMPTONS!! The staff is amazing. The building is not. It's a motel 6 disguised as a Hilton property. With a good breakfast

Single night stay. Room itself was clean and well equipped. The bathroom left some things to be desired. Staff were friendly and professional. Hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, potatoes and sautéed veg.

Great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and smelled good. The staff was kind and the breakfast foods were good.
