I’m currently staying here in transition until my daughter and I move into our apartment. When I initially arrived, I liked the hotel due to the location and appearance of cleanliness. That quickly changed when I made it through the lobby. The elevator smells like pure dog pee on a daily basis. Im not sure why the rug is in the elevator because all it does is hold dog pee and hair and there’s no actual ventilation in the elevator so it smells like hot ammonia. I’ve changed rooms twice since I’ve been here. 428: 1st room they gave me smelled like pure feet. Old dirty laundry. Switched to 304: had roaches crawling in the sink and stove. Changed at night right before closing New room: still seeing baby roaches although I was told there’s not a problem throughout the building, the unfortun

Positive: I liked everything about this hotel. The room, bed, TV, water pressure in shower, kitchen, and how it is energy efficient. Negative: Not a deal breaker wish the rooms included an iron... It was provided at the front desk tho'... GREAT STAY!

Let's start with the good stuff. The laminate floors are beautiful, and the rooms contain dark wood shelves for storage. The wi-fi is free, there are food/drink vending machines, and there is free coffee in the lobby. However, there were what appeared to be chocolate handprints, a mustard squirt, and a large, exploded soda stain on the walls. The first night we killed two cockroaches, so we slept with the lights on the rest of the stay. There were pubic hairs on the toilet seat and in the bathtub/shower and large toe nail clippings on the floor next to the bed. It looked like pieces of a hairy brownie had been ground into the floor and not cleaned away. The floor felt both greasy and sticky, so we took our shoes off only to sleep. First of all. Customer service was cool, however once we stepped foot in this hotel my husband immediately started sneezing coughing and having an allergic reaction. At first we didnt think any of it. But once we got to to our room on the 3rd floor the sneezing and itching of his face got worse. This is an extended stay and people live here. The people next to us was so loud and obnoxious cursing in the hallway 12am 1am in the morning while we were trying to sleep. Went to change rooms moved to the 4th floor and there were signs that were removed about mold. Got to the 4th floor and my husband could barely breathe. We came here for relaxation and my husband ended up getting sick. Mold is all in the ac also an old moldy banana was on the top microwave shelf seems like its been there for eve

The room is very clean. I booked for 5 weeks straight with very reasonable price. All staffs are super nice always have the smiles on their faces.
