I like the price! Very nice room with the upgrades and renovations, new refrigerator microwave stovetop. Very quiet and the bed is comfortable! Clean towels and linens. Front desk and GM are very accommodating. Laundry on site! Close to the store

Very bad decision. I booked for two beds and they only gave me one. The reservation was for eight nights, and the room was so bad I only stayed one night. I want my money back. There's no mattress, I don't know what that is. The room was completely unclean. I just want my money back. strong smell of pee not good I wasn't expecting this

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I've stayed at motels, Inns, cheap air bnbs (we found this on Air BNB), so I get the term "you get what you pay for". Well here's why you should NEVER stay at this hotel. First and foremost we only chose this because it was pet friendly and the price. As a retired boxer I have two ESA dogs with the letter from my doctor. Every hotel I've ever stayed at waived their fees. Not only did they charge us but its $50 per dog and $10 per day! Basically, the cost of the room per night so if you're a pet owner thinking you're getting a bang for your buck you're going to be disappointed. Besides that, the room was awful! Probably the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on and the sheets had stains. Our room had a whole in the wall and smelt musty,

Huge Disclaimer‼️BRING LYSOL! The rooms are filthy! The bathrooms are full of black mold and the smell reeks of must and bodily fluids. There is a evident pest issue from the moment you walk in. The floors look as if a whole football team has ran all through out the room. The walls look as if no one has even thought to wipe the boogers and dead bugs/dirt off of them. The rooms lacked cleanliness and outside of the beds being made to a presentable standard and no discovery of bedbugs this was by far one of the worst experiences with woodsprings suites. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
