WoodSpring Suites Jacksonville Baymeadows

Let me start off by saying this is a long read, but it is all very important information. I have no proof of it, but I have to believe that any positive review for this hotel is a result of the hotel management bribing people for good reviews by discounting their stay because absolutely no part of my stay was worth more than 1 star and I had very similar issues to most of the other 1 star reviews. The room was dirty and had cockroaches. Towels were stained. Front desk staff was never at the front desk, and anything you may need while they are away, is an additional $10 fee. I was told if I wanted the room to be cleaned, I would have to come down the next day at 9am to request a cleaning, however when I went down the next day around 10am, the front desk was closed (they have a metal drop do

I came for business and my experience at The Campfield Woodsprings Suites has been amazing! Bianca Elbert is such a kindhearted compassionate, professional woman. She is always there for her quests at all times. Always has smile on her face! I am so happy I met her. She is a true diamond! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come see Bianca with their hotel accommodations! Sge is truly an asset to Woodsprings Suites!

Most of the items for kitchenette stolen by previous guest. Had plates & bowls, no silverware, no pots or pans to cook in. Several residents like to watch TV late with the sound a little more than needed. Overall, not bad, just needs some investment. Clientele very nice and friendly. Someone set the fire alarm off here the last night, evac the whole building. Sadly, it happened at a nicer place too, so par for the trip i guess!!

I only gave 2 stars because Lisa was so kind at my late check-in, and didn't give me any problem with changing my room when the initial room was dirty. She was the highlight of the stay. Yes, dirty room. Hairball on the bathroom floor. Bed was made as if it was clean, but you could see the sleep marks on the sheets and pillows. The room was hot, and the thermostat was near the cooktop. It was so dirty, I didn't want to touch it. It was just yucky. As was the cooktop and counter. The refrigerator looked like it was just pulled from a junkyard. The new room was cleaner, but there were roaches. I had to buy bug spray. Now I understand why the cooking items and dishes were left in the dishwasher, which had been in there so long, the water in the dishes that turned over was starting to grow

First time in my life feel living in shelter. Plus the Manager the way treat us and talk to us so low life style. Turn me off from Jacksonville. Marijuana smell everywhere in the building.
