WoodSpring Suites Chandler Airport

Room is clean, convenient for transit or late arrival, easy for check-in

I was worried with some of the reviews. Bogus. Room is clean, staff was great, location is great. Since I was worried about the thin walls and floors I requested top floor. Was told to call the morning of for that request. I called this morning and Caitlyn locked me into the top floor. I expressed concerns of possible pet smell or fleas as we were tore up one time in a hotel in yuma. She said she'd double check but was pretty sure no recent pets in this room. That was great customer service. When we arrived at 5pm we got our top room and it was great. Clean n no smell. We then had trouble with the wifi. Went down to front desk and talked with Alyssa. She was also great. Very friendly, and polite. Explained what I needed to do and if any problems to let her know. We still had problems. Af

I first found WoodSpring Suites in Gilbert first looking for a hotel to stay for NXR near Toka Sticks golf course. They did not have enough rooms available by the time we booked so our Cross Country coach found the Chandler airport location. I feel so guilty for finding this hotel chain for our team and all of the parents that came with us. Our coaches room didn’t even have toilet paper. One of the girls on our team, walked into her bathroom to find the toilet seat up and pee all over the toilet. In my review of this hotel, the response was they were sorry they didn’t “exceed my expectations”. It was a no reply email so I could not say you have to meet expectations before you can exceed them. One of my worst experiences at a hotel. When we arrived check-in was easy but they charge $ a linen fee per day and don't even change the linens or new towels. We got to our room and the toliet was running and would not flush so went down to front desk and told them. They said someone tomorrow would fix it. They just laughed and said oh that room has that issue. It ran all night what a WASTE of water. So we left the next day. Came back pretty late same thing toliet would not flush. We to go downstairs to use the restroom. When cleaning up to leave seen the pillow cover was back and stains on pillows (See Picture) pillows are so old and worn and stained. HOW GROSS and disgusting it is was. TAKE YOUR LINEN FEE AND BUY NEW PILLOWS. Wonder what the matress looks like?

My stay at WoodSpring Suites Chandler Airport had a small issue with the shower, but what truly stood out was how the staff handled it. As soon as I brought it to their attention, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making it right. That level of accountability says a lot about how they value their guests. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the team remained kind and respectful throughout my stay. Things can happen anywhere — it’s how a business responds that matters most, and they handled it with integrity. I would definitely stay again.
