The staff at the check-in desk were very friendly and welcoming. Alma assisted us during check-in and took the time to explain the hotel’s various amenities. She also made excellent recommendations for breakfast options. We decided to purchase the daily pass, which gave us access to the Club Lounge - offering a buffet breakfast in the morning and refreshments like water, juice, yogurt, and coffee throughout the day.||||Our room was clean, comfortable, and located on a high floor, just as we had requested. I also appreciated being able to use the gym during our stay - it was well-equipped and made for a great workout. There was plenty of parking available as well. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chandler.

Just completed a stay at this property. Greeted by the friendly and capable Anna at check in. She is a joy and very welcoming. Checkout was in the morning with Franklin. He was both accommodating and informative. Elite lounge was well stocked and roomy. The fireplace was a bonus! Rooms are clean and parking is free.

Kirsten and Anna and Lindsay are the absolute rockstars of my night!!! My mother is in town for her birthday and when we walked in their system is down, but Kirsten and Anna were rolling right along greeting guests and not letting that interrupt everyone’s night! Check in was quick and handled so quickly and professionally! We had great conversations and overall they were just so friendly and pleasant to interact with! When I say they were serving customer service I mean they were S E R V I N G customer service, period. Later, I called the front phone and Lindsay helped me get a form I needed emailed over to make sure that my reservation was all good to go! Also handled with expert precision and care!!! VERY DISSAPPOINTING. . . Long time Marriott fan and awards member. Would have loved to give them the usual 5 stars but never got to check into my room because they gave my reservation to someone else and sent me to another hotel. Flew into town on a Wednesday, worked 12 hours then went to check in only to be told that they gave my ticket away to people attending a sports tournament instead. .This is especially disappointing since I work for a major defense contractor with a corporate agreement with Marriott and this should have guaranteed my reservation. . Alas I was too exhausted to have a row at the end of a long day so left. So beware that if you work for a defense contractor your reservation is still at risk of being given away.
