Staybridge Suites Phoenix - Chandler by IHG

Our history with this Staybridge goes back two years when we first stayed here for a soccer tournament and had such a wonderful experience that we immediately recommended it to teammates heading to Chandler for a gymnastics competition the following year. When it was finally our turn to attend the gymnastics competition this year, there was truly no other option in our minds — the Staybridge Suites Chandler was the only place we were booking. Now, I have to be fully transparent — I was absolutely that guest, prior to our stay. As an IHG member hoping to upgrade to a two-bedroom suite to accommodate my parents who joined us last minute, I called the hotel nearly every single day for two weeks straight. Best hotel in the area, for business purposes, vacations with family or visiting friends. Great outdoor patio area with a nice pool, hot tub and two barbecues. Service is excellent, very friendly and always taking care of their guests making you feel like home. Great vibes and very friendly staff. You can enjoy a really yummy breakfast and a very awesome social evening dinner in which you can socialise with other guests and spend a good evening while having a cold beer, glass of wine and some food. Highly recommended. You can see the effort behind all this in order to improve their services and make you a great stay.

This hotel is located close to the mall and not far from the highway. The lobby is modern and bright, and the staff is friendly. I felt safe in the area and parking my car in the lot. The room is modern looking, with a full kitchen and island bar set up. There is also a desk with a couch that is supposed to be a pull-out. ||The couch was the biggest negative of my stay. It was disgusting. The upholstery was coming off in places; it was stained, and there was no bedding to make it into a usable space. The room is advertised as having a pull-out couch, so logically, they would have bedding. The first night, my son went down to the front desk to get bedding and was told that there was none. The second night, I went down, and the staff member took me to the laundry to get bedding for the room.

If you are looking for an extended stay hotel in the Phoenix area, Staybridge Suites Chandler Phoenix is the move. The rooms are huge and have more than enough space to actually spread out. The staff is exceptional and makes the whole experience seamless. Every single morning they have a great breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, and the evening social with beer, wine, and pasta is such a solid touch. Highly recommend this spot. Frankie and Sam were amazing.

Great experience all around! From the start, Samuel greeted and checked us in with great enthusiasm and courtesy. He provided a warming introduction of the hotel and spoke of their recent renovations. The rooms were spacious and the beds & pillows were comfortable. The location was in driving distance for all our needs... eateries and retail therapy. Unfortunately, we didn't experience the social nights as we already had plans, but the food did look good- breakfast is great.. Kids enjoyed the waffle maker. Lastly, Luz sweetly accommodated us for a late and easy check out. For a family of 4, we had a great experience at this hotel, at this location. Oh, forgot to mention.. laundry service was free, just buy your own detergent- a highlight for our family after staying a few days.
