Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Phoenix - Chandler Downtown

I had an amazing stay at Extended Stay! From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was professional, kind and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean spacious and had everything I needed to feel at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and I felt safe the entire time. The location was also perfect, close to stores and restaurants which made everything super accessible. Housekeeping and front desk staff were always respectful and attentive Overall my experience was smooth, comfortable and stress free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Extended Stay to anyone looking for a reliable welcoming place to stay. Thank you for such a great experience!

Positive: The cleanliness of the facility and the rooms Negative: The rooms did not have basic amenities such as plates, forks, bowls, spoons, etc. We had to ask for a coffee pot, cups, sugar and creamer. The ice maker didn't work, and there was never anyone at the front desk. The pullout bed was uncomfortable.

Overall a 3 star stay. I had to ask for a lot of things & go down to front desk & get them such as kitchenware & bring my dirty towels & swap for clean ones. Also took out our own trash & the maid didn’t come during our extended stay. They also gave us a 24 hr notice that they were sending in pest control. I didn’t like the inconvenience of this as we were not told this information upfront. Laundry was expensive. Breakfast was lacking big time. I appreciated the coffee being strong. Facilities & rooms are clean. I appreciated that. Great location near restaurants, gas & groceries.

It was a clean hotel. They have a Friendly staff. Hilary at front desk was exceptional on multiple visit to the front desk as well as check in and check out. She gave great advice on how to find local restaurants. Always had a big smile. ||I would love to see hotel put a few more toiletries in room. Love to have some weight in the fitness room. Overall great stay. Thanks

Excellent hotel that met our expectations. The room was very spacious and having a kitchen made it perfect for a family stay. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast is complimentary, which includes yogurt, cereal, and coffee. Overall, a great option in Phoenix.
