The hotel is in a convenient location. Easy to walk to the mall for restaurants and shopping. The woman working at the desk the night we checked in was as helpful as could be. She could have used some help, as it was busy, and she seemed to be there alone. Breakfast was good. The blurb says the rooms are recently renovated, but it did not seem that way. The rooms were not super clean, and the linens on the beds were old and pilled and grayish, and the pillows were lumpy. The furniture in the room was stained, grout missing from the tile floor in the bathroom, mildew in the corners of the shower, a lingering washcloth from a previous guest hanging in the shower, and though the bathroom smelled strongly of bleach, didn't look super clean. I would not stay here again.

We have always appreciated staying here as it has one of the best family of 5 room setups - the 2 queens with a pull out couch. It works very well for us at a reasonable price. The free breakfast has been a big draw too, since that would set us back another $50-75 if we went to a restaurant each morning. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has definitely cut back over the recent years as it was now much less of a spread than before. It still does the job. Our room with the kitchenette and decent sized refrigerator are a big help. The bathroom light switch and some wall plug plates looked beat up and there were points of wear starting to come through around the room, but it is still in decent shape. Avoid This Property: Hostile Staff & Poor Ambassador Recognition "Run—don't stay here." I strongly advise against booking a stay at this particular property, as my recent experience with the staff left much to be desired. Not only did they exhibit a hostile attitude, but they also failed to acknowledge and respect my status as an Ambassador Elite member. This is particularly concerning given the level of loyalty and support I have shown to the Marriott brand over the years. The incident stemmed from an issue with my reservation dates. Despite receiving assurances from the night auditor, Anna, that my reservation would be adjusted to commence on the 27th instead of the 26th, the miscommunication persisted. Today, I checked the Marriott Bonvoy app to verify the status of my reservation,

I have stayed at Marriott hotels around the world. This is the worst hotel to stay at. We got in late to town walked up to our room, room key did not work. Finally got into bed late after waiting at the front desk for someone to come which by the way we had to call the hotel to get someone up front. We woke up got in shower and it was freezing water, no hot water. Told the front desk and they blamed it on the hotel having a bunch of kids staying in the hotel. The walls in the room are filthy. I left for the day thinking they would refresh the room and came back to the room with no new towels or bed made. When I called downstairs I was advised they only do a refresh after three days.
