Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Chandler Fashion Center

It was my first trip to the Phoenix area. This is a very convenient location visiting the south and east valley. It is close to the Fashon Mall, 101, and 202. I had a 1 King Bed Studio Suite. The room was clean and in pretty good condition except for a 'ghost' dresser drawer and the shower door. The drawer would open on its own. I ended up just not using that drawer. The shower door did not open smoothly. There is no in-room safe.||The front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was good and have slight changes daily. I haven't stayed at a Homewood suites for at least 6-7 years. I didn't know about they no longer have daily happy hour! A Manager Happy Hour is only on Wed night, no hot food. ||One of the 2 computers was broken for at least a week. There were filter water next to the ic

Room was dirty. The kitchenette cabinets need wiped down. The bugs and dirt need to be swept out from beside the fridge. Only one elevator was working. I reserved an accessible room. I got a regular one. This is disappointing in many ways. When I addressed the issues in the morning the front desk lady was very apologetic.

I stayed here for one night so I cannot give a huge testimony of its worthiness for your vacation. It was clean, digital key was provided promptly and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The area appeared to have low crime and very clean. Ample parking around the building. Easy access to interstate.

Great location and facility. Beds were super comfortable. It was quiet, breakfast was hot, well stocked, immaculate with lots of healthy options including dairy free overnight oats & chia pudding as well as the usual fruit, yogurt, potatoes, turkey sausage eggs, pastries, etc. Definitely a great place to stay short or longer term.

Excellent place! Very comfortable, friendly. Nice variety for the breakfast. The room are large, comfortable. Very nice shower. Clean!! Nice sitting area outside to relax with gas grills if you want to grill.
