Phyllis is what gave it the 5th star. She graciously helped me navigate this amazing town. She was with me when I saw a whale! 🐋 🐳 Phyllis had a list of shops and places to visit for separate persnickety people in my party. She graciously reviewed any charges I had questions about. She had Rules about driftwood and rocks. SHE IS Ft Bragg as far as I'm concerned. 🤩 ☆☆☆☆☆☆Phyllis☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ This RV park is clean, and easy to get in and out of. Backwards and forwards. The restrooms and showers are also clean. Do me a favor and stop stealing Phyllis' toilet paper. There is abundant opportunity to view wildlife and nature here, I really enjoyed stargazing here. The hike to Belinda Point from the front office to the water is 1 mile each way. This was doable, but there's a spot to park close to t

I spent one month at Woodside from late April until late May 2022. I'm traveling in a Ford Transit campervan and had a lovely grassy spot with picnic table, fire ring, access to water and the bathrooms. It's a very well run organized campground and I felt at home and safe there. It's also quiet at night. Bathrooms are basic concrete block but reasonably new and kept very clean. Showers with lots of hot water. The water at the campground is well water with an excellent filtration system so I didn't need to filter and it tasted good. WiFi is good, cell service in the town of Fort Bragg is a little weak once you're outside of the center but it was good enough. Would recommend this campground!

Had an amazing time in Fort Bragg, CA. Furthermore, Woodside campground is an excellent place to stay. Families owned and operated the property manager, Phyllis is super nice and very friendly. The property is just south of Fort Bragg a little more than 5 minutes away from city centre. The grounds are super clean and closed to the ocean you can hear the ocean at night when it’s a bit quieter. The washroom are clean with *ADA assessability, and there private showers rooms coin-operated machine for hot water and there a *ADA shower too. * Americans With Disabilities Act 1993 compliant.

Oh man. I have so many things to say about this place. The staff here are such wonderful people. Them making us feel like good friends, saying they'll miss us when we leave, and always having such a wealth of information about the area around Fort Bragg, among many other things, was incredible. We are so grateful to have found this place, and decided to stay here. The facilities and grounds are cleaned and maintained on regular basis. The rates are quite affordable. The staff are better than could ever hope for. The long term residents are super talkative and friendly. Easy to strike up a good conversation. Everything here is simply wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay at. You'll love it!

Myself and my little family have been coming to Woodside the past 3 years for our annual family vacation. We all absolutely love this place and reccomend them to anyone looking for a place to camp in Fort Bragg. They are always so accommodating and friendly. The tent sites and clean and private. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are nice and hot. They have a little playground for the kids and it's within walking distance of a little beach called Belinda point, which we found was empty each time we went. We will definitely be back in upcoming years!
