While there is a lack of amenities, the management is what truly makes the difference. Manager Kim is professional, attentive, and clearly committed to keeping things running as smoothly as possible. She communicates well, answers questions promptly, and maintains a strong presence that helps create a sense of security and stability in the park. Jim is great as well — friendly, helpful, and reliable. Kim and Jim are truly the reason the park remains desirable. 5 stars to them for their leadership and dedication.

October 2025. Out of the 3 campgrounds that I stayed at in Fort Bragg this was the ONLY place that I considered worth the price. They have tent sites. Van sites. And big trailers sites. Overflow parking. Trash removal. Showers. And power. The staff were the nicest people Ive encountered. But they don't put up with antics in the campground either. The sites were clean. The bathrooms/showers were clean. You can smell the clean when you walk in the door. The sites are clean with working power and water. There was no bad taste or weird color in the water. Fresh and crisp. The campground is in a nice tree surrounded area. Beautiful. And its is 1000 times quieter than the sites right in town. Worth the price. And highly recommended.

Kim and Jim at Leisure Time RV are outstanding hosts! We stayed a few weeks ago and they helped us fix a wiring issue with our trailer so we could get safely back on the road. We enjoyed our stay so much we came back again! Kim went out of her way to help us get into an absolutely amazing RV site — whoever is paying her needs to double her salary. In over 45 years of camping, I’ve never met a manager who does a better job.

I stayed a month at Fort Bragg Leisure Time RV Park this summer and I have to say that it was so beautiful, serene and quiet. The park is very well maintained and clean, the full-time residence that I met there were all really nice, and Kim, the park manager was awesome. She does an amazing job keeping the park very nice and comfortable. In the back of the park, there’s a huge dog area and beyond that is forest and a hiking trail that was just beautiful. I loved the location, being just far enough away from the beach to have nice, cool weather and a few good sunny days. I will definitely be back next summer and I’m really looking forward to it. If I had one wish, it would be to have an enclosed dog area for those of us that have dogs that don’t do well off leash. Many thanks to Kim and s

While they don't normally store sheds, Kim and her team at Leisure Time RV Park helped me out by accommodating my two sheds while I transitioned to living in the area. They were safe and sound after almost half a year and gave me a prompt refund for time I didn't need after I moved them out. Very cool, five stars!
