Harbor Lite Lodge

We originally booked a room at another hotel that was undergoing construction, managed by the same folks. I greatly appreciated the open communication and willingness to accommodate us here, Omi and Sabrina went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great views of the harbor. We enjoyed watching the sea lions swim by the bridge. The hot chocolate and tea in the cozy reception area were also nice. Would highly recommend, thank you!

We stayed here for two nights on our road trip between Seattle and San Francisco and it was a good choice. The place was welcoming, plenty of parking, coffee making facilities in the room and fridge. We had a balcony overlooking the river so we could watch the seals swimming. The bathroom had a bath and shower which were clean. No issues staying at this hotel again.

This place was fabulous. My friend and I wanted a nice relaxing getaway. This place fit the bill. We had an upstairs king, the microwave and refrigerator and a balcony with a view of the harbor below. The location is great because below us were some great restaurants and a few little shops and access to the beach. It was so great to leave our screen door open on the balcony for the fresh air and listen to the seals, barking below. All the things I asked for in a hotel were met by this place. The staff was so great, friendly and helpful, they had coffee and tea available in the lobby, there were several outdoor seating areas and a barbecue grill. Great bedding, great water pressure and very quiet. There were lots of cars in the parking lot, but we didn’t hear any noises from other guests.

Room was clean, a bit outdated but the view and staff were top notch! The bbq area was fantastic and worked great for our travel Thanksgiving dinner! We had a great view of the harbor and it was so convenient to take the stairs down to eat and shop (it's a bit of a hike on the way up so hiker beware lol) We decided to leave a day earlier then we had reserved and to my surprise they refunded our final night! I am thrilled about that! The staff were so friendly and helpful when we interacted with them. They also gave us a 10% discount to The Wharf restaurant! What a great bonus to a lovely meal! All in all I would definitely reccomend the Harbor Lite Lodge to anyone!

I don’t know who this hotel was built for, but judging by my stay, the target audience is ants and penguins and occasionally dragons, depending on the temperature. Within 10 minutes of entering my room, I met my roommates… approximately 47 ants who seemed way more organized than the hotel staff. Temperature control? Absolutely none. The thermostat had two settings “Volcano” and “Arctic Tundra.” The heater was so busted it might as well have been decorative. As for maid service… I’m convinced it’s a myth. Never showed. Overall, if you’re looking for a place to question your life choices while cohabitating with insects and experiencing all four seasons in one night, this is it. Otherwise… keep driving.
