I’m not particularly picky about where I stay, but I do feel the price I paid for a midweek stay didn’t match the property, amenities, or what was included. The room itself looked fair and clean, which was a plus. However, the rest of the property felt very rundown and outdated. There was also an odd smell in the hallways, and I honestly worried the room would smell the same. I was prepared to leave if it did. I only needed a place to sleep for one night that had a pool. The pool area initially had litter around it, but staff did come out to clean it and make sure towels were available, which I appreciated. Breakfast is advertised as included, but it’s worth noting that the offerings differ. On weekends they serve a hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc.), while midweek options were very limite

Everything was perfect condition interior as well as exterior room was perfect as always there was a very mild odor but otherwise accommodations were great. Everything was working as expected bathroom highly appreciated cause I’ve worked in the hospitality industry and the first couple of spots I check is the bathrooms and the bed lien’s.

Positive: The front desk clerks were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Negative: There was a dog barking in one of the rooms. Staff attended to the issue quickly. We asked for a different room on a different floor and they accommodated us. The hot tub didn?t work. The rooms have a peculiar smell. Probably to cover up pet smell.

Where do I start? We arrived to our room to funky smells, wobbly door frame, and holes and multiple stains on the sheets, comforters and curtains. The chairs and bed skirt are torn up and stained likely due to allowing pets in the rooms. The bathrooms were gross. From mildew in the grout, rust forming all around the door frame, and corners filled with filth and grime build up. The vent in the bathroom was so clogged that it did not work properly and the sound from it was unpleasant. The makeshift toilet paper holder had a big gap in the wall in it, it was a little creepy that I had to check it out that there wasn't a camera hidden in there or anything. I had a very nice quiet stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with a desk and wifi. There was good water pressure in the shower. The room has a good size fridge, a microwave, and a hair dryer. There is also an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Coffee and breakfast provided. Staff was friendly.
