Let me tell you…this hotel was impeccably clean. The staff was some of the nicest hotel staff Ive interacted with. I got in late on 2/26 at almost midnight and the shuttle picked me up within the time frame the driver told me. Shuttle driver was courteous and polite. Then we get to the hotel and the front desk lady was absolutely delightful and pleasant. Made me feel welcome and answered all my questions very politely and thoroughly. I get to my room and it was meticulously clean. The bed was soooo comfortable And Im a flight attendant so half of my life is spent in hotels. Gym was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was included w a great selection and it was actually a nice breakfast w hot options and cold options. Breakfast lady was so polite. Lobby was clean. I honestly have not 1 nega

Front-desk and shuttle staff were friendly, but there ends any positive comments. The pictures of the hotel on website much nicer than the reality. We did park stay fly. The first night people next to us were yelling and slamming doors at 1 AM. In the morning there was a young lady who was clearly having mental health or drug issues in the lobby. Breakfast was terrible.|On our return back to the hotel at the end of the trip, the shuttle van had no functioning seatbelts. We opted to make a long drive home at the end of a long travel day to avoid sleeping in this hotel again.

I booked and fully prepaid a 21-night non-refundable stay more than a month in advance via Agoda. At check-in, the front desk informed me they only accept reservations up to 14 nights and required a 24-hour gap before returning. They initially refused to honor the booking and would not even adjust it to 14 nights unless I contacted Agoda myself. After a lengthy call, Agoda persuaded the hotel to check me in for the full 21 nights. During my stay, the policy reportedly became even stricter (7 nights maximum with a mandatory 72-hour gap), yet the hotel continues to be available on Agoda, Booking and other platforms for 21+ consecutive nights. ​We’re rating our stay a 3.8/5. ​The Good: The accommodations were solid and we were really impressed with the setup of the room itself—it was functional, comfortable, and well-organized for our stay. ​The Issues: We had to deduct points for two main reasons. First, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke every time we walked toward the elevator, which was unpleasant. Second, we had several issues with the outer door not letting us back into the building at certain times of the day. ​The room experience was great, but the common area maintenance and entry security definitely need some attention.
