Always pleased with my stay but this time Taylor at the front desk took it up a notch! I’ve stayed at this location plenty of times and nobody has given me the high level of customer service Taylor provided. From the moment I walked in the door she was so polite, friendly, and graceful. I was coming in from another hotel in the area that didn’t meet standard expectations and having someone like Taylor definitely lessened my frustration. She took care of me with a big smile and provided me with many solutions to the inquiries I had. While assisting me she was able to multi task and help others so that everyone had a top tier experience. Taylor is truly an asset to this location. I took my grandson on a Friday night for 6:00 a.m. Saturday for like. I think I'm just going to stay at this hotel for fun when I can! Every single staff person was friendly, kind, not just to the guest, but you could see it among the staff themselves. Room was immaculate transportation shuttled to the airport. Extremely prompt. Pleasant food was good. Bartending waitressing staff. Wonderful parking was great. I have not a single complaint!

Our experience at this hotel was surpassed by the staff. Everyone here was very nice and friendly all the time. Our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. On our last day, I had a craving for an omelette and though they were busy, Eduardo (waiter) and Alberto (cook) were nice enough to make it for me. Eduardo was very nice and always had a positive attitude. We enjoyed talking to him. The only thing that was a negative for us was that the sink in our room was cracked and one of the drawers to the dresser was missing. Not a big deal for us though as the sink was still working fine. The drawer missing can be a problem if you are the person who likes to put your clothes away. Other than that, we had a great experience and we felt welcomed here. Would definitely stay here again. Room cleanliness was great and everyone was super friendly. My only issue were the amenities which in this case they didn’t really have any. For the price, which wasn’t too bad, you would at least expect a free breakfast and WiFi but unfortunately this place didn’t have either. And having a brand new smart Samsung tv but having everything locked to 10 channels from 2005 didn’t really make sense to me when I just wanted to log onto MY OWN Netflix. Overall place was fine for only staying 1 night for flight layover but would not recommend for longer stays.

Shuttle service was safe, fast and polite. Considering how many people that needed to be shuttled, Rell did an amazing job in letting us know when and how long the shuttle ride would be and helped load and unload all luggage. He was respectful and prioritized families with young children. 10/10 would be happy to have him drive my family again!
