BWI Airport Marriott

It's a fine hotel for an overnight but it is consistently under staffed. Was there for a convention and the waits at the restaurant was unacceptable due to the lack of staff. This Sunday breakfast only had one server when there was a convention in town. The room is fine but dated and needs updates. The high step bath tub is slippery. Hold the grab bar or be very very careful.

I just wanted to recognize Benjamin the driver of the shuttle. He was so helpful and took the stress out of parking and traveling for the day. He went above and beyond taking my bags from me in the parking lot and loading them while I frantically ran inside to check in for parking. He was warm May great conversation on the drive and invited me to revisit. Thank you for making my trip smooth!

Lobby needs an upgrade in appearance. Check in was pleasant and very friendly. Elevators had 1 down and are kind of small. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bar service was quick. Not a bad stay but nothing stood out to wow me.

Shuttle drivers and front desk staff were very nice. Rooms are dated, uncomfortable beds, old flat pillows. Dirty plastic shower curtain you know is not changed between guests. Staff in the restaurant were rude not welcoming. My party we all ate seperate and said the same thing, the wait staff at the bar and in the morning at breakfast were just angry and not pleasant to deal with. Disappointed for a Airport Marriott when I just stayed at the Houston Airport Marriott the day prior and it was really nice.
