Westside Inn

Most disgusting hotel ever. They don't clean rooms, they tell you that, they won't let you use cleaning supplies, (I asked for roll of paper towels and literally got screamed at, the whole room stunk (had to take comforter off bed) they steal from your room and don't refund security deposit even when you cleaned whole room, top to bottom with your own supplies. Tried to reach them, no luck. Luckily I have before / after videos. Will not be letting this go

The hotel room was filthy. The trash in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and used feminine products were left in it. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but the heater blew smokey air in the room. The hotel attendant was rude and had a nasty attitude. 0/5

Stayed last night on my 25th birthday and omg how awful!!! For $75 you get a small worn out musty room with hair all over the bathroom and messed up sheets on the bed. The manager was very rude and didn't care. The location is OK but that's it!! No amenities and a huge ripoff!!! I certainly will never be staying here again. It should be condemned!! Unfortunately many hotels and motels in the area are bad. Western Mass is the ghetto area of Mass!!!

When I arrived, they had already increased the price by $20 from what I had been told beforehand. Not to mention, the employee was incredibly rude. My room was unbelievably filthy when I went in there. I couldn't get any sleep in a non-smoking room with a stained blanket and smoke burned holes in the blanket, a carpet covered in massive amounts of dust, and who knows what else. Going across the street and paying a little more for the Hampton Inn is advisable.

They tell you on the sign they have weeklies but they really don't room 16 apparently lives there. she barks like a dog and the white pt cruiser rm#16 has been there forever and the pt cruiser owner works at burger king. Paid faithful ever week. But they refused to give me sheets without blood stains on it.
