Blue - A Modern Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

An amazing hotel and a great place to stay. It has been newly renovated and everything is new and very clean. The best part is that EVERY ROOM has a 4D MASSAGE CHAIR in it!! This is no plain massage chair, it is next level! This hotel is the best value for your money. Front desk staff were super friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. We were greeted with fresh cookies and smiles. The coffee machines use fresh ground beans and offer several types of coffees (latte, macchiato, etc). The beds, sheets and pillows are soft and cozy. The room provided robes and slippers in the closet. Best hotel shower ever and the bath products are aromatherapy and I loved them! Made us feel like we were staying in a spa. We will plan on staying here every time we are travelling in the area. Stay h

This is a brand new hotel! We walked in not knowing what to expect but as soon as we stepped inside we were graciously welcomed by Miss Yvonne at the front desk. We were each handed a gift bag (a water bottle and a bag of chips) and another bag of two fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. We weren’t familiar with the area and asked Yvonne where we should have dinner and she suggested Cal’s and it was fantastic! The modern lobby is beautifully decorated with hues of white, blue, green. There are also coffee machines where you can make yourself a latte, cappuccino or regular coffee for free. I booked a corner king premium room. It was incredibly clean and well appointed. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The one negative was I selected a corner room (again my choice) but

The room was clean and nice. The Massage chair is a nice touch, although the long term sanitary nature of it is concerning. Lots of nooks and crannies to clean. There were however several concerning issues. The Charging ports for my car did not function, I tried 3 of them before giving up on it, this was a major draw for my stay. The TV was in some sort of demo mode, when I attempted to call the front desk the phone was just not plugged in at all. So I went down and maintenance came up to fix it, however after changing programming the volume and power button on the remote no longer worked. Basically rendering the tv useless. The faucet in the bathroom had little to no pressure on the cold side and the bathroom door did not close. Last but not least the peephole monitor did not function at

The hotel here in west springfield ma is like a hidden gem. The lobby is beautiful with a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. Laura, the housekeeper is very friendly and accommodating. Michael White, the director of operations and sales is a bright and cheerful. Even with the biggest blizzard in many many years he came in to make sure we had fresh baked cookies. What a wonderful place to stay. We will be back again.

A quiet hotel on a side road. Very beautiful! Exceptionally friendly staff. The little extras: a bag of snacks at check in, lovely decorations, great coffee, The Massage Chair, a pair of thick robes and slippers, ...made this a special stay in Springfield. I almost don't want to give them a high rating, because I want to make sure I am able to get a room next time I am in town, but they deserve a 5. We will definitely be back!
