Comfort Inn & Suites West Springfield, MA I stayed recently and left impressed by the staff and disappointed by everything else. What went right Staff: Exceptionally attentive, friendly, and quick to help. They’re the real reason to stay. Breakfast: Solid, reliable morning spread that hit the mark for a quick start to the day. What needs urgent attention Rooms: Dated and in need of a full refresh. The decor and furnishings feel long past their prime. Carpeting: Gloomy, tired carpets that drag down the whole hotel vibe. Cleanliness worry: I found a large cockroach in the public bathroom by the pool, which is a serious red flag for guest safety and facility upkeep. Outdated worn and dingy, BUT super clean. Great pool and hot tub. Clean room with amazing pillows and bedding. The morning breakfast won me over- outstanding. Over all it was quiet and very comfortable

We were traveling from Pennsylvania to Massachusetts, and stopped to spend a few hours to get some rest,...we are very familiar with Many choice hotels,and especially the Comfort Inn...The Best price they could give us was $143.00.... We only were resting our heads a bit for approximately 6+ hours; so we thought maybe we could have gotten a cheaper rate...but we took it,not prepared for what we would see! The hotel is in need of extensive upgrade,and if they cant at the time,then the prices should be decreased....The bathroom was the worst,tge tub and shower unit was "NOT" a good idea to use,because the mildew was unreal. Awful! Smelly and dirty…I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Shady…don’t stay there…Over $500 for 2 nights… waste of money. Loud and people going in and out all night and early morning slamming the door across from our room…

The wifi didn't work. I could connect to it but the login page wouldn't load. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was grime in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was in a room so small, I could get in with all the other guests and it loo I ed like it was just cereal, fruit, and the only hot option was a waffle that I would have had to make myself.
