Courtyard by Marriott West Springfield

This Courtyard is ideally located near shopping, dining, and entertainment and has clean elegant suites. The property has amenities such as business area, bistro, cantina, gym, and swimming pool. The bistro boasts four spacious booths and ample two-party seating. Bar🍸is also available. This will definitely be my preferred spot whenever visiting or traveling through West Springfield, MA!

I had a wonderful experience at the Courtyard Marriott in West Springfield, thanks to Kiki. From the moment I checked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from helping with room details to offering great local recommendations. You can tell she takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Her positive energy really stood out and made my stay exceptional. The room was clean. The bed was warn out leading to a restless night. I kept sinking into the warn out spot in the mattress. I went downstairs for a cup of coffee and couldn't find it so I asked where the it was. The front desk person pointed me in the right direction. I made a cup of coffee and was heading back to my room and then the same front desk rep asked how I would like to pay for it. Why would Marriott risk losing guests over a $2.66 cup of coffee? They could've had the decency to provide flavored coffee creamer to mask the taste of the horrible coffee. I won't be back to this location or any Courtyard if this is what I can expect.

I was in another State and my loved one had a medical emergency while staying in this Hotel. If it was not for the AMAZING support of KIKI who monitored my husband for me through the night and then called the Ambulance and got him to the Hospital just in time, he would have died, LITERALLY. I am Eternally grateful for the support that she gave me and I am so glad that this issue happened at this hotel and not at another location! The staff here is AMAZING!

We were driving up to Maine and this was just a stop over. Perfect for that. Room was great bed comfortable. And breakfast the next morning served by Anna was lovely. Anna was a lovely engaging host and started our morning with her chatty conversation just perfect. Thank you Anna. X
