Best Western Springfield West Inn

Checked in around nine as we just needed a little place to sleep to get up and be at Baystate hospital really early in the am. The hotel was run down but the price was reasonable. Staff were very nice, but the place definitely needs an upgrade. Bathroom was moldy and we took quick showers and felt gross after doing so. Thankfully the best were extremely comfy and we were able to get a good sleep. Flatscreen tv. Microwave and mini fridge. ||Not the worst place I’ve stayed but wouldn’t stay here again. ||The elevator is also in need of repair as it was cracking all over. ||You are right on a busy street it is very noisy. ||Can’t make comments about breakfast as we left at 6 am.

Positive: The reception clerk was friendly. The room was clean. It was a good value for a few hours sleep as we were passing through. Probably would not stay for any extended period of time but would sleep overnight again. Negative: Location next to an abandoned motel/hotel which seemed a little sketchy. Also, PLEASE ask them to clean the windows and doors at the entrance to the lobby. I was almost afraid to walk in!

I had a friend visit from out of town and found this hotel on a whim. Even though it was for only one night the staff was very accommodating and the Continental breakfast was a plus. I would definitely stay again if needed.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The shady no personality front desk attendant ! That should have just stayed home instead of working with the public! Doesn't the first person you see when you enter an establishment supposed to be warm and welcome the guests?He needs more training

The beds are the hardest I have experienced in aa while. Woke up sore everyday.y biggest issue is...
