West Main RV Park

Horrible park had nothing but trouble the entire time I was there zero water pressure, tried telling me it was my camper and moved parks with great water pressure.The septic on the parks side overflowed all over the ground and back up to our camper lines. Very trashy park.

West main is a little quite RV park at the end of town. Seems to be an older place with a hand full of full time people living here mixed with workers from out of state. Occasional there is an over night camper that pulls in between destinations. Looks can be deceiving when you first pull up but everyone is nice and friendly minds their own. Owner is good and is always in the park cleaning and working Monday through Thursday. Price is right and better than any other place I have been to.

I have never stayed here, my reason for the three stars is because The place comes fairly highly rated generally and is of the experience of several of our employees. Apparently regardless of how long you stay there if you have to stay there extra time they do not prorate. We had somebody staying at the $450 a month rate for almost 6 months and then have to pay ~ $350 foreign extra week. He went and stated another park in the area which I really don't like (that review will be a one star) and he would have preferred not to for a week for $166. What gives with these RV parks thinking they can play such games and disrespect people that have stayed there for a long time? Further apparently there electric rates are pretty high. $0.16 a kilowatt hour is what I hear. The average electric

West Main RV has something extra special and very rare these days. As a single female that travels across the US for work, having been to every state but 2, and rarely writes a review, take this as solid truth. Only a one night visitor, but what I experienced impressed me beyond measure! The owner leads with a heart that is fruitful with kindness and generosity. The park is clean, well laid out, people were not on top of each-other and very impressed with the number of trash bins. Great location! But what makes something genuinely attractive is its core, what is unseen, the character and hospitality from the heart.

Lived here for over 3 years. Great park! Most tenants are extremely nice. Owner is excellent! Always ready to help with any issues like water leak in my rv. Only complaints I've ever heard of were from tenants that weren't paying their rent.
