Quality Inn & Suites Artesia

Surprisingly nice and clean for what I suspect is an older hotel. Good price point. First time stay and staff accommodated a specific request I had which helped.

I can't believe this place has a 4 star rating right now. Hot water was tepid at best and water leaked all over the floor when shower was running. "Workout room" is three dumbells and some broken machines and something that beeps loudly the whole time. I turned down my fridge temp and it leaked water all over the floor. No way to stop the sun blaring through the window at sunrise. Nothing is comfortable about the room. They capped the internet at 1997 speeds (10 mb up/down). Basically unusable. Back door had a keycard reader but basically stayed open unless pulled shut. Manager emailed me that they will be using my "feedback to make improvements." I emailed back asking what specifically and the email bounced. Just not serious people. I'll say the front desk was helpful in removing the frid

This place is amazing clean. The rooms are immaculate as well as the lobby. The continental breakfast it handled very safe with groves, temperature’s meeting it food process. The amount of food provided at the moment of service is more than enough to leave the area to work or meeting’s feeling full. Coffee provided all day and all creamer’s filling the racks. All staff are sweet and looking out excitedly over your request’s. Very nice staff full of positive energy and a smile.

There is no hot water at his property. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention, I was told with a wry smile that it was “because everyone used the hot water.” It was approximately 6:30. No offer to help only contempt. I asked for home office contact info and was met with the same attitude. Do not stay at this property unless you want to leave with no shower and treated horribly.
