Best Western Pecos Inn

This hotel is very cute inside, the main hall is adorable. Front desk was wonderful and very nice. The breakfast is made to order in the adjacent restaurant. A voucher is provided and its alright overall. Coffee was not good lol. Staff was very nice in the restaurant. My biggest peeve with BW in general is their bathrooms. Honestly if they updated the bathroom and amenities- I probably wouldn't stay anywhere else. There was minimal hot water and the shower overall was not the best. This location definitely has potential to be even better.

When we entered, we noticed that the lobby was quite spacious. The room was large and modern. We had a thick, king-sized bed with four standard-sized pillows. We had good lighting, including a night light in the bathroom. There was a nice sofa with a glass coffee table. The room had two sinks, both inside the bathroom and outside. Breakfast was served at The Lucky Duck restaurant with a free hotel guest voucher. Dinner can be purchased there as well. The hotel had a pool, but it had no water in it. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if I was in the area.

Positive: Breakfast and staff Negative: Pool was closed all weekend. Tv in the room stuck on improper input and staff had no way of correcting, their lobby was a furnace hot, no ac. Room’s ac ok

Had to check out two nights early and get another hotel. READ THE REVIEWS! This is the most grossest Best Western I’ve ever been to. Everything is falling apart. There’s a hole in the wall. Everything looks like it has water damage. There’s a big tear in my carpet. You can hear everything. The upstairs neighbors fan sounds like they’re drilling through the wall. I don’t know what the point of key card entrances are if the back door is broken and anybody can come in, didn’t make me feel safe. My last straw was finding ants in my restroom. The staff was kind and courteous, check-in, and check out.

The first room I got was warm probably because they were doing renovation around the hotel, but the service was top notch night receptionist was very helpful and was able to switch us to and open room that was very fresh and the ac unit was working. Nice place nice people.
