Comfort Inn & Suites Artesia

This is a great place to stay, the staff are very friendly. Shout out to Karla and Cathy and Helga, who make sure you feel welcome and at home. The hotel has a nice indoor swimming pool and very nice Jacuzzi both, along with the entire hotel are very, very clean. Location has restaurants, grocery stores and convenient stores close by. I will stay here when I come to visit my family because the staff and hotel make the trip so enjoyable.

Very clean! Amazing Staff. I travel alone and felt very safe. Many folks staying are there for a long time, so it felt very comfortable, like family. I could see my vehicle from my room, but the people at the front desk are very aware of who is coming and going. |There's a BBQ grill outside and a smoking area with a bench away from the building which is very nice and saves money on long stays. Breakfast says it starts at 600am but sometimes it's ready at 5 which is great if you have to be at work. For the price I felt like the amenities were great. They have full sized shampoo bottles and lotion, and anything else you need. I have zero complaints.

Very clean and welcoming as soon as you walk thru the door. Carly, at the front desk, is delightful, and friendly., makes you us feel right at home. The room was spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable . Bathroom very clean. Only one employee was a bit disgruntled and it was Christmas Day but then again we don’t know what kind of day she was having. Didn’t let it bring us down .

My room was not cleaned, fresh bedding and towels is all they could do and left everything else dirty. Door handles filthy, floor covered with hair in bathroom, water for shower could not stay where I set it bc it’s worn out, divider door not dividing I could see into the other room, desk lady gave me bad door keys and blamed me for it like I degaussed the keys on the way up, oh the elevator had the fire dept break into it at some point and they never fixed it, don’t ride this elevator, don’t even stay here, why are you even in this town? Is it too late for Albuquerque or Arizona? The breakfast was good but I’m still at one star bc they just have too high a rating for such poor service.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, and good quality for the price. It's in a good location, giving easy access to the main road in town.
