The only good experience out of the 10 minutes we did stay here for was the older lady at the front desk she was helpful could not say the same ab the other staff. We went in the room to find blood stains on the comforter and dark patches on the sheets as well as hair pubes if you zoom in closely you’ll be able to see. There was also someone’s old key card thrown right next to the shower there was not one single hint this place had been cleaned save ur money.

No phone or click in the room, cleaning of rooms start after 3 days stay regardless of requests not to come in. The gym is clean and well kept.

I recently rented a room for the week and paid the required $100 deposit. 💵 had read other reviews where the hotel fraudulently kept the security deposits of other customers. They refused to return my deposit and blamed me for a clearly very old bloodstain drop on the sheet. I explained that I saw it, but I didn’t think I needed to report it. I never thought they would actually blame me to an old stain but they surely did. ||This hotel takes advantage of the most vulnerable population and steals money from the people who have the least in our society. ||||The room itself was nice and clean besides the old small stain of the sheet.

Literally the WORST Hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I Booked and paid for a king size bed/room And when I got here, I was told there was none and they downgraded me to a queen When I asked about the price difference, they said it was the same price but online it showed it was not and I showed them and they acted confused as if the price was not right in front of them. As soon as I got to the room, it smelled like cigarettes And the floors and table were sticky and there was ants on the dresser near the bed. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies from the nearest Dollar tree. Then, when lifting the covers to lay down after a long day of traveling, there was hair and brown stains on the sheets Meaning they were not changed when the last person checked out And the bed was just made as is So I ha

Amanda at Front Desk gives the best customer service. She is patient, kind and very professional. She also speaks fluent Spanish. The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel!
