I honestly really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable bed lots of little details that I appreciated. Blackout shades, easy to use soap dispensers, roomy shower and easy to use tv. My name was on the screen when I walked in. :) Nice areas to sit downstairs. Water fountains with bottle filler. Pool table. Snacks to buy. Good continental breakfast. Friendly people. Good little gym. And I felt secure. You needed your card key to use elevators. That way not anybody could go up. And very quiet.

We just stayed one night on our way to Florida on our move. Everything new in our room. Bathroom fabulous. Plenty of space. Really modern nice shower. Tons of amenities. Beds were so comfortable. Great pillows. Great customer service. Easy parking. Breakfast we didn't have but it looked good. We will be back when visiting family in NC

Positive: Perfect for a quick stay; limited amenities, but OK with us to get some rest and get back on the road. Negative: No hot water and very poor water pressure. This was reported and I assume addressed.

Just wanted to say I've stayed here several times and never have been disappointed! From the cleanliness to the location. It never disappointments. On top of that, Julia has been exceptional to us each time. She always make us feel welcomed and any questions we ask, she always have the answer! Julia is top tier!

Truly shocked at how this was handled by the property so here it is, for perspective the property was contacted 3x and hotel management failed to offer any compensation. I will say the desk agent was great when I raised the initial concern however her manager was supposed to follow up to handle this further which never happens. I stayed in room 312 and it was fine, modern… bed was comfy. However there were 3 roaches in the room which I saw in the morning. I advised the staff discretely and showed them images and asked they address the problem, it’s hard to be perfect and just wanted to bring this to their attention and said as someone who’s had projects like this I expected to be fully refunded. (I’m in hospitality, I’ve had hotels and restaurants…sometimes you just can’t win.) They were
