Positive: Location Negative: 1st room, bed appeared slept in. Issue with TV. Unable to adj temperature. Amenities decrease every stay, nothing critical, but added together, what's next...no hand lotion, no flavored cream, fitness ctr water cooler empty. Will look for alternative.

From approximately 10:30 PM until after midnight, there was prolonged, extremely loud screaming coming from the room next to ours. The screaming was severe and consistent with someone being seriously harmed. Multiple guests, including ourselves, contacted the front desk repeatedly to report the disturbance and request assistance. We were told that no one was checked into the room next to us, despite the ongoing situation. Law enforcement and paramedics were eventually dispatched. A male was escorted from the property by police. A female occupant was questioned and transported by paramedics for medical evaluation. During the police response, the woman was asking why she was naked, which was extremely alarming and heightened concerns about her safety and wellbeing and if she was a victim of

DO NOT stay here. Worst hotel i ever stayed at. They do not clean rooms because....COVID. No kleenex. Could not bring a box up to the room because.... COVID. Did not clean room or make the bed because....COVID! The same Covid that ended 3 years ago....Room was very dirty. Breakfast was so bad, I threw it away after two bites. Burnt toast and scrambled egg soup!! Pillows were horrible. I could go on but it gets worse. NEVER staying at a Marrott ever again.

HORRIBLE!!!! I had to change rooms 3 times. 1st day I get a room and there is someone’s dirty underwear in the bathroom closet! Changed rooms. Next day upgraded the room only to be but on a room that smells like a dog and all of the kitchen chair we’re disgusting with dog saliva covered on each chair! Absolutely disgusting. Change rooms again only to get a room where the bedspreads had urine stains or stains of some sort on each bed. Worst thing is I didn’t realize the stains until I pulled back the top spread. Notified the front desk asked for clean blankets. By this time I had moved my luggage twice with no luggage tote so I stayed in the room due to that! Then the heater goes completely out! I thought if I adjusted the thermostat in the room that it would heat up! That’s wasn’t the cas

A tired property in need of renovation and new management. We stayed in town this weekend for a friend/family event. This hotel failed to deliver on the fundamental Marriott promise of clean, well maintained, well run accommodations that you can count on. The software system had been down most of the day when we arrived...certainly not the local staff's issue...by Sunday AM, no change...whoever the franchise operator was, they put the team taking care of customers in a rotten place. 24/7 support for systems issues in a consumer-facing business is standard..they did not meet it. The room, while large, was run down, to be kind. tables/chair worn with scratches and worn out corners..marks on the bedroom walls, a bathroom but that was dirty with paint fading and chipping..
