Affordable Suites Mooresville/Lake Norman

We get it; it's....affordable. At the same time, there's a level of professionalism that goes with any job. The employees sit out front and the side smoking cigarettes like a chimney watching you get in/ out of your car like you're on some reality TV show you were not hired for. No sponge to clean dishes with. The bed..... was not far from a rock in comfort. The whole unit smells of second-hand smoke. Not someone smoking inside but someone who smokes and handles everything inside. The heat/air was unique. There were controls, but it was either hot or cold. No in between. Hot water never really got "hot." The neighbor upstairs had to be moving in. They were moving furniture around late at night like it was some kind of game they were playing. People do live here full time just a heads

Very clean and nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Beautiful kitchen space and appliances, and very comfortable beds! Nice and quiet place and felt very safe here with my family coming in and out for different things. Also very close to a lot of shops and food, so great location. Told upfront that it was more like an apartment than a hotel, and there would be no staff available for help. We were fine with that and it worked out just fine for us. Great communication with property manager as we came in later than the office was open. Everything worked out very smoothly.

this place grew on me as we stayed. i liked that the bedroom was fairly separate from the living space. the shower pressure was insanely good. i definitely wasn't expecting it. unfortunately, the living space smelled like smoke until i got used to it. the couch was a little tough but otherwise it was a decent hostel. the wifi was also a bit of a struggle, but the office hours support was very good and helpful in that situation.

Off the beaten path, out of the way. All entrances are in a interior courtyard, with a carded entrance. Staff is very friendly, I believe they are all family as they said its family ran business. These are more like short term apartments than an extended stay motel. We'll kept units with clean common areas.

Everything about this place was awesome! We stayed for the weekend, and even tho we got in after the office was closed, the lady at the front desk was still so happy to accommodate us, we had reservations and check in was a breeze, I love that you have to have a key to get access to the stairs to the rooms… felt secure and safe, it was close to Walmart and tons of restaurants. The room was clean and beds were comfortable! Ohhh and the water pressure was amaaazinggg!
