Welcoming staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable. The management was able to provide me with important information regarding my personal situation and upcoming needs for making reservations over the upcoming months due to home repairs from water leak damages. The front desk is available 24 hours and greets you with a smile no matter the time. I have needed to get room keys made numerous times due to leaving them in my room. I’ve never caught any type of attitude for coming to them for assistance. It’s always been a smile and a thanks to me for coming to get a new key. I definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you don’t like eating out every meal. The kitchen is a nice addition to the room. Oh… and all the rooms have walk-in showers and they are spacious! FIRST LET ME SAY, I am posting this on behalf of a relative that could not do this on his own. ||I would like to address my experience regarding a reservation at this location, specifically related to the pricing and service I received.||Firstly, I called the local number to make a reservation and spoke with someone at the front desk. I inquired about a room charge of $85 for that night, and the representative confirmed that was indeed the price. I agreed to the reservation, and it was completed.||However, the following morning, an emergency arose that required me to cancel my trip, although I planned to reschedule for later in the week. Rooms are AMAZING!!!! Great location - shopping plaza less than a mile or so back towards interstate. Quiet non commercial area around hotel. Seemed very safe. Staff was super nice even though we got there after 11pm. Foyer and area was clean. I don't think they do a free breakfast but they do have one of those in house pantry stores, but Food Lion is less than 1 mile away toward interstate The hotel was renovated in Oct 2025 and we stayed in a studio suite with a king bed (it had a connecting room option as well). It was super clean and room was decorated and arranged well. The bathroom was spacious. It had a full kitchen w/coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, a cooktop AND A TOASTER. Horrible on every level. Room was never cleaned, there was hair all over the bathroom. Service was curt so I knew they weren't going to be any help. The exit is right only, and the odds you need to make a right are slim to none. Will never stay here again
