Stayed here for work. My only issue with the room was the bathroom. I feel this is the most important room at a hotel. There was noticeable mold at the top of the shower on the ceiling. There were pubic hair on the bathroom floor the first day I entered the room and they were not mine. I did not receive new towels my entire stay. And the shower door kept rolling open when I showered.

Positive: "" Negative: On third day had to call front desk at 4:00 pm to get room serviced. Had not had waste cans emptied, towels, bed sheets, nothing. I understand every other day, but not every 4th day.

My friend and I stayed for only one night but the hotel was great! Check in and check out went very smoothly and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed getting to sit on the couch and watch TV after a long drive, and the beds and pillows were comfortable for a good nights sleep. Everything was very clean and the room was very spacious with a lot of seating and table options! Breakfast the following morning had plenty of opinions; hot, cold, or grab & go. We'll be in the area again next year and will stay at this hotel again!

Rooms are showing some age, bed was severely dented in on the one side. Room was clean but cleaning staff is not checking the soap and shampoo dispensers, even after a room refresh they remained empty. Front desk staff was courteous, breakfast options were average.

The rooms have a little visible wear and tear but they are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night and arrived late so we slept through breakfast. We would stay again if in the area.
