Tru by Hilton Jacksonville Airport I-95

Good hotel if you are stopping overnight. Rooms were small but clean. It’s a minimalist hotel concept so there’s not much in room besides bed and fridge. Bath products smelled good. Breakfast is similar to Hampton Inn but maybe a tiny bit better. It’s a lower scale Hilton brand so it’s suited for short stays in my opinion. Suited my purpose perfectly

Clean hotel. Comfortable rooms. Front desk staff always friendly. Breakfast is disappointing. No bananas, not much of a selection compared to other Tru locations I have stayed at. Also, lucky I travel with my own tea bags as this one always only has green tea. Which btw has happened on multiple occasions.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences we have ever encountered. The hotel was lovely, clean with an excellent complimentary breakfast and free parking and airport shuttle. The most exemplary part of the stay was the Awesome Staff: especially Sam, Nicole, Daniel, Alexis and Brelane! They were not only helpful but also compassionate inquiring about the health of our relative having surgery. You could tell that they care about others and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. We will definitely be staying at not only this hotel but will make the Tru by Hilton hotels our go to place to stay. Huge Thank You to the above staff & Happy Holidays!

Thank you so much for the incredible staff at the hotel, they were so kind and accommodating. Definitely enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel if your are near the airport. They also provide a free shuttle service to the airport. Once again the Staff are amazing

The daytime employees at this hotel do not respect the sanctity of a "Do Not Disturb" sign. I'm here on business, and I work at night and sleep during the day. On three different occasions, I had Hotel employees banging on my door and waking me up. When I asked the front desk about that they said it's their policy they have to enter a room every three days. Screw that, I will never stay here again. The Garden Inn across the street is a better choice for me. Response to owner: I'm not wasting my time contacting Hilton customer support or calling your hotel as I will never stay there again. You may want to consider your policies because I'm not the only person staying in Jacksonville on business, who works at night and sleeps during the day. I'm currently staying at another hotel close by.
