Tru by Hilton Atlanta NW Kennesaw

I had a great stay at Tru Hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. Huge thanks to the kitchen crew for their hard work and cheerful service, it really made the mornings enjoyable. The only downside was that the hallway floors weren’t as clean as expected, but everything else was excellent. Still a solid 5-star experience overall!

Positive: It was clean, tidy and in a good location. Negative: Yes. I did not like that house cleaning would walk-in to my room, not once, but twice, without knocking on the door first.There was a bit of mold in the shower, nothing too crazy, but still they should try to remove it better.

Great stay at Tru Inn! The breakfast is honestly one of the best in the area and I loved that it’s included. Staff were friendly and the value for the price is excellent. Only small downside was that the hallway on the 4th floor looked a bit neglected and could use more cleaning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay and would definitely come back. I still give my 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Hotel and room was very clean. I left my fitbit. Cleaning staff turned it in. Staff sent it to me. A great place to stay. Helpful staff. Customer service was outstanding.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night on 9/5 on our way to vacation. The rooms were clean, and our stay was great. More importantly, though, the staff was amazing with wonderful customer service. My husband realized after we had left the next day that he left his fitbit, which was a gift and had sentimental value. When he called the hotel, housekeeping had already turned it in, and they told us exactly what to do to get the fitbit back. He had to call a couple more times to ask questions about it. They were friendly and helpful each time he called and promptly returned the fitbit. It was waiting for us when we returned home. All of that story to say how very much we appreciated such great customer service when it seems to be harder and harder to find.
