La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kennesaw

This La Quinta pleasantly surprised us. We stay at the hotel chain frequently due to having a dog. The rooms were as expected-clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a similar hotel. The towels were soft and plentiful. It looks like the owners are in the process of refreshing the decor and still have some things to update BUT the price $$ was affordable. We will return.

We stayed at this LaQuinta on our way home from FL. I was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk as I checked in. Our room, and the hotel, was clean and comfortable. We had our Golden Doodle with us and I felt the fee for a pet was very reasonable. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

Positive: Personnel are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Negative: The hotel is somewhat difficult to find given its location as it?s tucked in between residential housing, a bowling alley, and another hotel. Roads are difficult to navigate when dark.

My ratings are the staff on site, the cleanliness of the hotel in general and my room specifically. The staff were all very friendly and the location is surrounded by a ton of restaurants to choose from. I will warn not to call the number posted in Google Maps as you’ll be connected to a call center; not the actual hotel itself. Sadly, I had to speak to a rep that lied and continued to insist that I needed to give him a credit card #, ignoring my repeated statement “I’m driving and will be at the hotel in 2 minutes” or “I can’t give you my card, I told you, I’m driving. Once in the hotel, all was good. And a GREAT place to bring your pets.

My husband and I were unable to stay here and were denied a refund.|We arrived around 2 a.m. after driving for over six hours.
