Comfort Inn Kennesaw

I would highly recommend this hotel due to its prime location, conveniently close to the office and surrounding amenities. The concierge staff was welcoming and attentive, making the stay feel seamless from arrival to departure. Additionally, the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant and restful experience.

I arrived at 1:00 a.m. after driving nearly 10 hours. I asked what the rate was to stay this night and one additional "Sunday"I was given a price while I was making comparisons. I agreed on that price. Woke up to a call early in the morning. Did not even get my full rest. Only for them to let me know. They had made a mistake and they need me to come pay again which was outside my budget because I initially chose this location based on my budget. No attempt to apologize. No attempt to give me a better rate. I was told I should know better since I've stayed at one of their locations in the past. I let them know I felt duped out of my money because I would have chosen another location if I realized the price was actually double and that they hooked me for a single night. Travis at the front desk is extremely rude. He refused to let me check into the hotel after paying in advance for my booking through booking.com. his reason for not allowing me to check in was because the reservation was originally booked in my friends name and we had changed it online to my name which I showed him on the app and I had a physical ID in my name and then a digital copy of my friends ID and he refused to let me check in or go refund my money. He was also extremely rude and refused to let me speak with a manager. You guys really should hire nicer people and someone who knows about customer service.

Positive: The location was great for us. Checking in and out was easy. Enjoyed the breakfast (was there at 6:30 when the breakfast was available so it was a good selection of items). We were on the 1st floor, it was quiet and we got a comfortable night?s sleep. Negative: Would have preferred for the sink to be separate outside of the bathroom so one person could be getting ready or using sink while one was showering or using bathroom. Not anything to complain really but would have been easier getting ready in the morning.

I was late traveling because of the traffic coming in from Florida and I tried calling them last night to change my check in for today and I purchased the insurance I didn’t get a answer I called today they were rude and charged my card $5 and continue to try to charge me she said she couldn’t cancer or change the check in .she couldn’t give me her manager name and tried to argue with me. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
