Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta NW-Kennesaw Town Ctr

I really enjoyed my stay on Feb. 14, 25, The location was great. My partner and I did a staycation and it was perfect for the occasion. The breakfast was the highlight of the trip. Longer extended hour at 10am instead of 9am. Being out enjoying the area, we got a late start. But was really to know we didn't miss breakfast. Ms. Zaniya was great answering my question of early check in. We will be returning Thank you again

Pluses: Very clean, rooms have kitchens, pool is a nice size. Location. |Minuses: Pay for parking...for this reason we won't stay there again $6 a day. For an already expensive hotel, this was an obnoxious add. |Breakfast isn't very good. There are no hard boiled eggs, no oatmeal, limited muffins. Coffee was out a lot & should add flavored creamers. |Not enough laundry machines. 2 weren't working. |Pool closes too early 9pm. |Electric vehicle chargers should be removed and replaced with handicapped spots (always taken where they are located).

Positive: The cleanliness and pease/ quite Negative: One of the television did not work correctly

Super friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Hotel has some miles on it but adequate. My only complaint is the $6.00 parking fee. In my case drove all day and arrive to QR code signs all over parking lot informing me I must pay to park. This isn't an inner-city hotel or a resort. It's an off-the-interstate suburban hotel. It's cold outside, I'm tired and have to jump through the hoops in some app to pay to park. Seriously? Talk about nickle and diming you. I would rather they increase the room rate by $6 and be done with it. So - in my review - the $6 parking fee pretty much put me in a bad mood to begin with. Otherwise I probably would have given 4 or maybe 5 stars.

Wonderful place to stay and very helpful staff. Good food and very clean rooms. Also, I had trouble with my room key multiple times and Kaitlyn was happy to help going above and beyond to help with a very stressful situation (and also talk about LOTR). The Elf on the Shelf game in the lobby was a very entertaining start to the day too.
