Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta NW/Kennesaw Town Center

The hotel leaves a strong impression almost from the start. The reception team were warm, efficient, and genuinely engaged, which made checking in feel easy and reassuring. The room was spotless and beautifully quiet, breakfast was simple but clearly put together with care, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to sleep deeply and wake up feeling restored. Above all, the value is what stays with you. The level of comfort and attention feels well beyond what the price suggests, making it somewhere I would gladly recommend and happily come back to.

We are very loyal to Hilton Garden Inns. However, this was a horrific experience. The representative that checked us in when we first arrived was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. The room was horribly dirty. Carpets were not swept. Dust-bunnies were in the corners. Bobby-pins were laying on the floor. There was mold in the bathtub, behind the toilet, and on the floor. The bathtub drain was completely clogged, making it unusable. We were unable to shower during our stay that evening and had to wait until we got to our final destination. Avoid this hotel at all costs.||The one exception to the above - Debbie at the front desk was amazing and apologetic for our experience.

We have stayed here several times now and had good experiences. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and stylish. The service is great but the staff have a hands off attitude. You need to ask for help and you get great service but they don't smother you and make your every move seem watched. We think the location is great. There is any food restaurant you could want or need. There is shopping close. Atlanta is acceptable but far enough away that you're not in the city. I recommend this place for a great trip to the area.

We had a wonderful experience checking in thanks to Ingrid at the front desk. She was incredibly accommodating, kind, and understanding of our situation. She handled everything efficiently and was able to resolve our issues very quickly. Her professionalism and friendliness made our check-in process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
